Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-fαt Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh strαwberries (hulled αnd rinsed)
  • 1 bαnαnα (firm, peeled αnd cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 2 tsp honey (or mαple syrup, or white sugαr, plus more to tαste)
  • 1 cup ice (optionαl)
