INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken fillet, cut into cube 2 fillet
  • Samosa pati 1 pack
  • National Chicken Tikkah Masala 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Paste ½ tsp
  • Garlic Paste ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp + for frying
  • Charcoal 2 inch piece
  • Chicken sausage, cut into chunks 2
  • Green capsicum, diced 2 tbsp
  • Green olives, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Black olives, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Sweet corns 2 tbsp
  • Dry oregano leaves ½ tsp
  • Carrot, diced. 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion, chopped. 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated. 1 cup
  • Egg. 1
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add ginger, garlic paste and sauté
  2. Add chicken and National Chicken Tikka Masala, vinegar, mix well.
  3. Cook on high flame
  4. Heat the charcoal and give smoke to the cooked chicken
  5. Now shred the chicken
  6. Add chicken in a mixing bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  7. For samosa mix egg and flour together like a smooth paste
  8. Add 1-2 tbsp of National Chicken Tikka pizza stuffing in it and wrap it like a samosa
  9. Apply egg paste to close the edges
  10. Fry till golden brown

Ingredients for chatpati dahi:

  • Yogurt 250g
  • National Chat Masala 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 1-2
  • Fresh coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Fresh mint leaves ¼ bunch
  • Garlic clove 2 small

Method:

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
